Exceptional
It’s a very good place to stay
Liked: I liked everything about the apartment the staff provided everything we did not lack anything.
Disliked: Nothing, everything is perfect
Large apartment in walking distance from the metro and ferry services! The host was also very friendly and communicative
Very good
Liked: The apartment was clean, nice little balcony and all amenities within 10 minutes walk.
Disliked: Good location however lots of steps once out of apartment to go into the town centre. So not ideal if you have mobility issues. Only other thing needed more coat hangers in all the wardrobes...
Exceptional
Liked: Clean apartment with large rooms and wide double beds. Really nice and soft mattresses. We got clear video information about everything, because the hostess wasn't able to be there personally due our late flight time.
Large, clean, modern apartment - great for two couples or a family staying in Pozzouli
Liked: We selected the location based on the price and because it was in the same building as friends we were visiting, which for us was a huge convenience. The building is very clean with easy to climb marble stairs up to the apartment (about 75 steps). Compared to other listings in Pozzouli, the apartment feels very large, with a good size bathroom (with tub - which is rare), and two large bedrooms. Both the shower and bath were nice. Beds were comfortable. The apartment also comes with a very nice espresso machine which was great in the morning. Our friends kept commenting on how this apartment felt so big with a large layout compared to others in the building. Laura the host, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She was able to quickly resolve an internet issue from the service provider which was greatly appreciated. Super kind and helpful.
Disliked: The kitchen has limited utilities. We wished there were a set of cutting knives, microwave for reheating leftovers from the great local restaurants, a wine corkscrew and more than one wine glass. A few simple additions to the kitchen would have been helpful. It wouldn't take much to resolve this though.
