Fabulous
Liked: Great location., very clean, nice staff but no WiFi in room only in small lobby
Disliked: No WiFi in room
A stop over during the coast explorations
Liked: Location for a short stay is passable
Disliked: The staff need to be more prepared to welcome the guests, more active, rooms are ok but they must provide different pillow for a good rest
Disliked: Parking is an issue if you are leaving the car all day....not much choice but to pay a "long term" or drive about 2.5 km to a free parking place outdoors with no surveillance. Near the Hotel is a 2 hours free on the wharf. That's the only downside
The staff and owners of the hotel could not do enough to make our stay in Pozzuoli memorable
Liked: The room was basic but very clean and had everything anyone could need to be comfortable. There was a balcony with a view down the street to look out towards the bay.
Disliked: The only problem during my stay was that the wifi was not working in my room and could not be fixed whilst I was there. A minor inconvenience.
Beautiful room with terrace and sea view
Liked: The location to the port and all the downtown eateries and shops. The staff treated us like family. They're restaurant U Valione was excellent. I highly recommend them. This area is a forgotten gem. Thank you for having us.
Disliked: Need more toiletries like soap or body wash and the internet was a little slow. Not a deterrent.
