Fabulous
Nice hotel in Baia
Liked: Nice room in a good location in Baia. Good breakfast and very clean.
Disliked: Loud guests using restaurant spaces made it difficult to sleep.
I liked here, I would come back
Liked: The location is great, you can see the sea from your window, if you are not on the groud floor or street side of the hotel. Bus station, markets and free beach near this location.
Disliked: The room smelled like the people before us were smoking in it. Also our room's window opened near the entrance where smokers were having their cigaretts. I realised I forgot how it felt to be a non-smoker when it was allowed for smokers to smoke where they wanted.:)
Liked: Clean and big room,staff amazing.
Disliked: The food quality needs to improve.
Liked: Very welcoming staff, luggage storage available, tasty breakfast in a pleasant setting—fresh coffee, fresh oranges for juicing—comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a terrace with a view of Pozzuoli Bay and the Aragonese Castle... Thanks!
Disappointing. Bad nights sleep!
Liked: The reception staff were friendly and helpful in parking the car when there was no space in the tiny car park.
Disliked: There wasn’t enough parking for guests and parking was very difficult. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Our room at the front was very noisy due to traffic outside.The hotel smelt unpleasant of cheap air freshener.
Good value for money hotel especially as it was close to the areas we wanted to explore
Liked: The room was very comfortable for the price paid and the views from our window were breathtaking. Unfortunately the sink was loose and was coming away from the wall. However, the room was very clean, towels changed every day and shower was spacious and easy to operate. The breakfast was perfectly adequate with a reasonable choice, however there wasn’t sufficient cutlery to go round and some spoons, forks were cheap plastic. Also some of the staff were great while others gave the impression they couldn’t be bothered.
Disliked: Faulty sink. Plastic cutlery. Some of the staff’s attitude (breakfast only). Location not great as on a back road and nowhere else to eat on an evening other than hotel, unless you were prepared to drive. Access to beach very difficult. The main purpose of our trip was to visit the wonderful historical and archeological sites this area has to offer so access to the seafront/beach were of less of an issue for us.
