  Liked: The location was great for what we needed to do

  Disliked: The hotel could definitely use some updating. I feel bad about all of the damage caused by the earthquake, but I also felt that no efforts had been made to repair any of the damage.

  If I will not be compancated properly I will do best effort to make it known and through where I booked it

  Liked: Absolutely nothing

  Disliked: The room had a strong URINE smell The room looks like it has no maintenance The floor was dirty I had long hair in the sink Because of my late check in there was no one in the front desk to assist, and I had no choice but to try to sleep 1am and woke up at 5am because of the urine smell. And left soon after. I have pictures but the smell could not be explained through pictures.

  Liked: Staff were so helpful. Lovely very spacious rooms.

  Disliked: They are renovating after the earthquake, so absolutely no fault to the hotel. They are doing a great job, with no interruption to the guests.
