Liked: Pobyt w Divina Costiera był dla mnie i dla mojej żony czymś absolutnie wyjątkowym. Podróżowaliśmy razem wielokrotnie, nocując w różnych miejscach, jednak nigdy nie spotkaliśmy się z takim poziomem obsługi, jaką prezentuje cała rodzina odpowiedzialna za Divina Costiera B&B. To nie są recepcjoniści, kucharze, sprzątacze - to gospodarze, którzy w trakcie pobytu traktują Cię jak gościa, kogoś bliskiego, a nie zwykłego klienta. Kontakt z Franko i Angelą mieliśmy już przed przylotem, prowadzili nas „za rękę” przez podróż z Neapolu do ich domu. Do tego stopnia, że wysłali nam konkretne godziny autobusu, którym mamy dojechać, informacje jakie i gdzie kupić bilety, a nawet wysłali pinezki wskazujące konkretne przystanki. Wszystko po to, abyśmy bezpiecznie dotarli na czas. Pokoje są bardzo czyste, schludne, wyposażone we wszystko co opisuje ich strona internetowa. Serwowane jedzenie jest wyjątkowo pyszne, świeże, przygotowywane na miejscu. Cała obsługa we wszystko wkłada naprawdę dużo pracy. W trakcie tygodniowego pobytu mieliśmy wrażenie, że kontaktujemy się ze swoimi kolegami, a nie z obsługą. To wszystko daje poczucie wyjątkowego na standardy hotelarstwa i zaopiekowania. Ludzie pracujący tam są tak uczynni, że gdy przed wyjazdem okazało się, że sklep z biletami autobusowymi jest zamknięty i nie możemy ich dostać w pobliżu - Franko nie oczekując nic w zamian wsiadł na swój prywatny motocykl i pojechał kupić nam bilety w sklepie trochę oddalonym od hotelu, abyśmy na pewno mogli swobodnie odbyć podróż do domu. Gdy powiedzieliśmy, że jedziemy na całodniową wycieczkę - ich mama z uśmiechem na ustach poprosiła o minutę cierpliwości i po chwili wróciła do mojej żony z kapeluszem na głowę, bo wiedziała że będzie bardzo słonecznie a nie mieliśmy własnego. Angela pomogła zorganizować nam wycieczkę na Capri angażując się w to jakbyśmy byli jej przyjaciółmi, a nie tylko gośćmi. Nearby activities: W pobliżu hotelu znajduje się wspaniały punkt widokowy.

Liked: From the very warm welcome to the exceptional service and great recommendations for tours and places to visit in the region, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. The homemade breakfasts and delicious dinners, as well as the excellent wine recommendations, deserve a special mention.

Liked: A spectacular and spotless place, hosted by a truly wonderful family — friendly, caring, and very attentive to their guests. All the perfect ingredients for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We didn’t manage to explore everything this beautiful area has to offer, so we will definitely be back!
Quiet, Relaxing, comfortable and made to feel very welcome
Liked: It had everything we needed and in a great location. There was free parking for our car. The hotel was very clean. The family were very welcoming and couldn’t do more for us.
Disliked: Nothing really, maybe better Wi-Fi but there had been a storm which had affected the signal.
