Exceptional
Liked: Located in a quiet residential area but still close to everything. Very modern apartment, everything seemed new and was very clean. The host was very friendly and let me check-in early / checkout a little later.
Liked: Davide was very helpful from the beginning. He organized a transfer for us from the airport as we had a late flight. He was always asking if we were ok and if we needed anything. The location is very good, 15 min from the train station, bus stop nearby, 15 min walk to the city centre. Everything was perfect. He also helped to get a drying rack to put in the balcony. Breakfast was ok in a bar close to the accommodation, very good cappuccino there. We'll stay there again if I go back to Reggio Calabria. Ciao e grazie per tutti.

Liked: The room was perfect for my needs, clean and tidy and Davide was very helpful and always checking in to see if I had any issues or advice. A very pleasant weeks stay. Breakfast of coffee and pastry were provided at a cafe closeby.
Liked: Close to downtown. The street is a dead end, so there isn’t much traffic. It’s easy to get to the main roads. There are plenty of parking spots.
Highly Recommended
Liked: The rooms are new and CLEAN with a mini refrigerator, desk, television, and AC. In the lobby there is a coffee station that is available 24/7. The accommodation is walking distance to all Reggio Calabria's tourist sights, as well as the beach, the train station, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The host/manager is always in contact to see if you need anything and expresses genuine concern for your well being, he even made sure I arrived to the airport safely. Without any hesitation, I would definitely stay here again. GRAZIE MILLE DAVIDE!
Perfect staying!
Liked: I stayed one night at Exclusive B&B and truly recommend it. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the main train station and very close to the Archaeological Museum and the Duomo. The host, David, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on what to see and where to eat in the city. The room was recently renovated, very cozy, and perfectly ventilated — everything felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. A special mention goes to Maria, the wonderful lady who keeps everything spotless. She brings a touch of magic with her warmth and attention to detail — the space was immaculate. If you’re visiting Reggio Calabria, this B&B is a perfect choice for a comfortable and well-located stay. (Pictures attached to show just how lovely it is!)
