  Liked: Location, rooms were very clean.

  Disliked: Remote control from air conditioner was brocken (the screen). It was nearly impossible to change the settings. No late check in. No possibility to store luggage for a couple of hours.

  Liked: A good room with a nice bathroom, all very clean and tidy.

  Disliked: It wasn't clear that it was self access and no staff were around, which wasn't a problem but just a bit confusing on arrival.

  Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a central area.

  Disliked: This was my third stay at Il Falco, and I left feeling very disappointed. The hotel is under new ownership, and the quality of the service has declined significantly. Hopefully, the new owners are just adjusting, but I think I'll look elsewhere next time I'm in RC. During previous stays, there was coffee, juice, water, melba toast, and jam, all of which were refreshed daily. This time, we had two bottles of water. There was a coffee machine without a water tank and no coffee pods. The hook for the shower head was broken. There was an empty bottle of liquid hand soap in the bathroom. Housekeeping is supposed to happen between 10:30am and 1pm, so we vacated the room by 10:45am the first morning. It was disappointing when we returned in the afternoon to see that our room had not been refreshed. (To their credit, they did send someone the next day and the room had been cleaned thoroughly.)
