Our first visit to the Amalfi coast, it was everything we were expecting
Liked: We stayed with our 16 year old twins and the apartment was very comfortable. This was the perfect place to explore the Amalfi coast. 15 min walk to train station and port for ferries. The street was beautiful to walk at night, restaurants everywhere or a grocery store was just around the corner to eat in, which we did. The best however was our host Gerardo!! He was a fountain of information and help. We took several of his suggestions as we explored. We went to Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, and a Pompei tour. We would stay here again!!

Great location and a helping host, very comfortable 2 bedrooms sufficient for 4 member family
Liked: Host Professor Gerardo was an amazing host, so friendly and helpful and making sure we were comfortable the duration of our trip and afterwards. The location is right in the historic centre of Salerno. Kitchen came in handy.
Salerno is a great city, however it is 1.5hrs from Positano

Roomy, clean, comfortable
Liked: Il Normanno gave our group of 4 ladies a clean, comfortable, and safe stay during our 2 night stay. The apartment is roomy and charming. Gerardo was prompt to respond to any message that I sent. When I couldn't easily unlock the door, he sent detailed reminders of the process and offered to come immediately if necessary. He is an outstanding host who gives lots of helpful information about Salerno. We stayed here because my usual b and b could not host us for our full stay. I am happy to know about Il Normanno now as a perfect option!
