  Liked: The location was great

  Disliked: We were running late and were told we would have to pay a late fee if we arrived later than 11pm (although the keys were available in a key locker so i'm not sure what this fee is for) not a very nice start. The accommodation was nice overall, however we really struggled to sleep with the noise outside, the windows were too high up to close. I was told by the host that there was a button to close them, but i'm not sure how we were meant to know that. I didn't want to ring him at 1am in the morning. We did forget to leave the rax at the property and I said I would transfer over, he was a little rude saying he would be charged if I didn't send it over immediately. Which is not the case. I did send it a little later on that day. It was okay but not the best, the service i've had on my other bookings has been wonderful so they were hard to live up to I guess.

  Lovely apartment

  Liked: The location was great. It was in the heart of Salerno, but down some narrow, pedestrian only alleys so it felt like a very private location. The host was very helpful, and we really enjoyed the chromotherapy hot tub - very relaxing after a long day traveling or exploring the area.

  Disliked: Small fridge with no freezer. Not a big deal, but we didn't realize it until we brought home gelato and didn't have a freezer to store it in so we had to eat it sooner than planned. My children did not complain 🙂

  Liked: Location, clean, comfortable, clear instructions for check in & out, and the hot tub is a fun touch.

  Disliked: Not a dislike, more of a helpful piece of info: if traveling with only 2 people that are looking to use both beds in the apartment, just give a heads up in advance so an extra pair of sheets for the sofa bed can be provided as they aren’t readily available without asking.

  A warm, relaxing and memorable stay in Salerno — highly recommended!

  Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The jacuzzi area was amazing, giving a special charm to the whole place. The host was extremely hospitable and always available, offering us tips about where to eat and what to visit.

  Disliked: There wasn’t anything in particular that we didn’t like. Everything was as expected.
