  Good location, but tiered & over priced property

  Liked: The location of property is its best quality - right in between the beach and town, on a quite walking street. The Balconies are also big and quite private. Good parking space. Near Bus station. Staff is very nice as well.

  Disliked: The property is very tiered, it needs a full new bathroom suite, mattress etc. It can also do with a good clean & paint. Most of all, its not anywhere near value for money. Comparing the same holiday, in Panarea, we got such a lovely room for quite a bit less, and its suppose to be more expensive island. I would say that there are better options in the area for the same price, so next time I would choose differently.

  Lovely location, great staff

  Liked: The property was beautiful, and I loved the location (Malfa). It was quiet and away from the busy main town; walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, bus stops, other services, and a nice (rocky) beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with breakfat since I had a few dietary restrictions, but Francesca totally worked around it. She also made really great cappuccinos in the morning, and gave good recommendations when needed for taxi services, manicure/pedicure services, and such. I would stay here again.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the beds/pillows were not too comfortable (very firm), so I had a tough time sleeping, and the wifi did not reach my room, so I could only connect to wifi when in the common areas... even right outside my room it worked, but inside it did not. I was able to make do, but for anyone traveling for work, or working remotely, who needs strong connectivity, this might not work for you.

  Heaven on earth

  Liked: Paradise. There is no better place in the world than this. Francesca took very good care of everyone, preparing breakfast on request to be eaten on the divine terrace. The shared terrace was also the best place to do a bit of work, as the WIFI is strong there. The room was the most comfortable room so far on my trip in Sicily - with a screen protected window and a fan, I slept in perfect comfort. My room was very private with a large terrace which had quite a remarkable view. The nearby beach was the most beautiful place I have ever swum in my life. i went each morning very early to be without the crowds, and it was magical. The town of Malfa itself is quaint with great food available. I could keep singing praise but I will run out of space. I was there for three nights and by the end I felt truly sedated by the island energy. I hope I can come back here.
