Very good
Great location but service improvement required
Liked: The property location and size was great for our family of 4. The apartment is in close proximity to multiple beaches (if you have a car). It was clean and the instructions provided were helpful.
Disliked: AC is only in the living room. Our kids slept in the front room and it was hot as there was only one fan in the room (not a strong one). The main bedroom was more spacious, had a fan, and was okay. On the second night the AC broke down. It was a heat wave and it impacted our sleep. The next day it was repaired. The washing machine did not work. I reported this and self serve laundry with reimbursement was offered. Although it was appreciated, I was unwilling to spend my vacation time doing laundry. I hand washed my beach towels and swimwear and took the rest of my laundry back home. I tested the laundry and provided a video to show the cycle did not complete. There were attempts to fix the washing machine but it was the end of our stay. For some reason, I received a message while I landed back home in Canada from Marco saying the technician said nothing was wrong with the machine. I had already shown a video in which he confirmed something appeared wrong because the cycle would not end. I thought the message was in poor taste. I had already read reviews about the machine not working but I had expected that it was fixed. It would also be helpful for there to be dishwasher soap, more than one roll of toilet paper, and a larger size of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It doesn’t cost much to buy these in large sizes and provide much greater convenience for guests than them buying their own toilet paper for what might be one night remaining in their stay.

Spoiled vacation at Villa Alba
Liked: Sea view is good. The sea beach is about 600 m.
Disliked: When we arrived the property has no water. Management provided some bottled water to splash the toilet and promised a quick repair. We were so tired after a long transatlantic flight that decided to stay overnight. Later we found that there are no blankets and no electricity in the lower sockets. At 1 pm next day there was no water in the house and we booked a nearby hotel for the next 2 nights. Management had paid for the hotel but refused to compensate the inconvenience and price difference. Not recommended.
Great little short stay apartment, very good location & friendly host
Liked: Great location, very close to main town, comfortable beds & rooms
Disliked: The shower had plumbing issues, the host kindly attended efficiently however it was still a small issue, it did not damper our stay at all tho.

Liked: The location is excellent, very quiet area, close to city center, Ambra beach and more importantly 10 min drive from La Cinta, Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi. The kitchen and bathroom very modern, clean and well-equiped. The AC works very well. The terraces have splendid views!
Disliked: The sleeping spaces are not very comfortable and overall furniture a bit outdated. Also the washing machine not working.
