Liked: Such an amazing place to stay for a quiet get away, facilities were great and the pool was amazing, location was superb. We will definately visit again
Fantastic apartments overlooking the brilliant town of sciacca
Liked: The accommodation was fantastic, having your own cooking facilities etc was brilliant. Pool area is brilliant and having a pool side toilet was a game changer. The views from the location are amazing and the rooms were spot on for what we needed them for.
Disliked: Location was a little bit far away from the centre of sciacca but this wasn't really a huge problem because of the use of local taxis and we had our own car. I would say you would definitely need to hire a car when staying here but that wasn't a huge issue as we still had an amazing time.
Perfect location to explore Sciacca with stunning views and nice apartments
Liked: This set of apartments in the Scilian mountains overlooking Sciacca were perfect. There was a bit of a steep hill from the gate to the apartments, but the view was sensational. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward with clear instructions. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times. The actual apartment had very good air-conditioning as well with a good range of kitchen facilities. The pool was just a short walk from the apartments and a taxi got you into the town centre within 10 to 15 minutes.
Disliked: The hill is pretty steep, but there is nothing to be done about that, and it's worth it once you are there.
A relaxing stay
Liked: The ambience was calming.
Disliked: Pool was very far away. And always cold, even in the scorching heat. Location is not ideal as it requires a lot of travelling.
Peace and Quiet
Liked: The location was great - very peaceful. Lovely pool and views through the olive trees towards the sea. The welcome from Veronica was great and the place was very clean. They are keen on recycling, the first time we'd encountered it in Sicily. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the oppressive heat of the cities, this place is lovely. You do need your own transport which we enjoyed having anyway. There was also a very good sized fridge-freezer.
Disliked: There was no kettle or toaster. There is a hob and grill and large saucepans - which are not designed for pouring water into mugs - so it was OK. Also, the only sharp knife was one large and very sharp bread knife so for safety sake, perhaps a smaller knife could be provided.
Peaceful retreat with perfect hosts
Liked: The mountain location was stunning. What this place offers is total peace and a chance to relax.The hosts are attentive and friendly. Pool is a great size, careful with your footing as the path down is tricky if your mobility is compromised. Overall superb value and a gorgeous place.
