Convenient
Liked: Convenient and very near to the all the attractions.
Disliked: Nothing in particular. Limited parking space in the hotel but surrounding has plenty, so will need to walk a bit.
Liked: Location was excellent. Great local market on Wednesday. Close to the historic centre.
Disliked: Lots of steps in the hotel.

Very traditional and comfortable hotel
Liked: I wanted a spot just a bit outside the high hills part of Siena since I had a car plus luggage. They helped me get around the ZTL with a clear explanation. I was able to use their small parking lot even. The breakfast was solid and the desk people were lovely. It’s an old-school Hotel but honestly a great location - just a few minutes from anywhere in town on foot and very very comfortable.
Disliked: Can’t think of a thing

Liked: Great location at the arrival of Via Francigena. Classical and welcoming property. Good restaurant
