Disastrous and spoiled an otherwise very enjoyable and long awaited tour of Tuscany
Liked: The location was fine, although a little noisy, particularly in the evening - to be expected given it's centrally placed in the city.
Disliked: We both felt that the facilities were well below the standard we would have expected your Company to be sponsoring and doubt that an adequate inspection or appraisal could have been completed by your local agents. Suffice to say, we very nearly left after our first night! I doubt that some of the decor would have appealed to many guests. The front door to the 'appartement' was very difficult to operate, more suitable for a safe or vault. and the shower room was lacking in every way. The shower head would not remain in its holder once water passed through, one of the two sliding doors was missing, allowing water to escape onto the floor, the loo seat was loose and the pan was not securely fixed to the floor! The cistern was operated by a handleless chain, and there were some un-shielded electrical fittings which are potentially hazardous. The shower-room doorway is barely 166cms. deep, so some sore heads can be expected, and a broken floor tile at the entrance which has sharp edges.
If you are ready for No Staff Facility, it is very reasonable
Liked: Very reasonable price, good location, spacious nice facility
Disliked: Even in check-in, there is no staff. Web check-in is very troublesome. It is not easy to unlock the room door (nees some knack.). Very much worried because nobody comes when I did help call with trouble in unlocking (Outside door unlock was easy, just touch.)
Liked: I really liked everything else. The room is very beautiful, the location is perfect, and the bathroom is clean.
Disliked: The bed linen had a slightly unusual, musty smell, and there were small spots that looked like mold on it.
Liked: The room had lots of charm.
Disliked: Couldn’t drop my bag off so walked around until 3pm with all my belongings.

Charming ancient building and furniture, large room
Liked: Very central place in a charming ancient bulding, with old and equally charming wooden furniture. The staff is young and very friendly and helpful. My room was very large.
