Fabulous
Rather disappointing
Liked: The location was perfect, just outside the old town center and only 15 minutes on foot to the bus/train station. We were provided with directions per WhatsApp, although it was just on the same morning of check-in day.
Disliked: The room wasn’t properly clean: the coffee cups had dust, the balcony was really dirty and some “welcome cookies” were just stale, while I couldn’t stop scratching during the night God knows why. We used the shared kitchen to have some coffee in the morning and everything there was super dirty as well, especially the drawers that were full of stains on the inside. The worst was the bathroom though: there was so much calc on all surfaces that it was disgusting to shower, also not properly clean in general. And the shower sliding door was defect and nailed down, so you couldn’t properly open or close the one half part.

Totally Cosy
Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the heating and coffee station.
Disliked: There was a light on in the courtyard which I could not find a switch to turn off, but it did not detract from my very comfortable room.

Liked: Comfortable, convenient and close to everything the room wax bright and had everything we needed. The terrace had great views of the old city. Constanza was very helpful and accommodated our request to bring luggage early and meet in person. Great value for money us bring our luggage early. Great value for money
