  Great location and clean!

  Liked: Room and amenities were clean and great. Location very convenient to tourist sites and restaurants.

  Disliked: Room was very noisy with street sounds. Could hear people talking, police sirens and the street sweeper coming by at 5:00am. Be prepared to use earplugs (which they provided). Other than that it was a perfect place. All we needed for a one-night stay.

  Samantha was an excellent host and helpful with suggestions about the area

  Liked: Breakfast was available from the common kitchen area and included coffee, juice, croissants and sweet treats. Just right to start a day in Siena.

  Disliked: Noisy at night but that was due to local citizens celebrating an event. Normally it would be relatively quiet.

  Liked: The lady in charge was very polite and sweet and send us all necessary information, since we were driving to Siena and the historic center is not accessible by car. So she sent us telephone and address of the VALET CITY SERVICE, we drove straight there and they drove us right in front of the house, left with the car and returned next morning to pick us up. So we didn't to have to worry how to arrive and where to leave the car. The room was clean and comfortable, the mattress super comfortable and breakfast was fresh and in good quality. It was a very pleasant stay, we would choose this place again if we ever return to Siena

  Liked: Great location near the main attractions. Room is spacious and comfortable. Welcoming and responsive host, trying to accommodate all guests needs. Good breakfast.

  Great room in a great location with a fantastic host

  Liked: Great room in a fantastic location so close to the main square. I wasn't expecting breakfast so that was an great added bonus and was delicious. The host was amazing and couldn't have been any more accommodating. We had to leave our suitcases on the last day while we attended an exhibition I had a photo in and it worked really well. I would definitely stay there again.

  Disliked: Nothing really. I had read that the street could be noisy on other reviews and we stayed there at the end of the palio celebrations so it was very busy and loud but I brought earplugs and couldn't hear anything then so it wasn't a problem at all so don't let that put you off this fantastic place.
