Fabulous
Liked: The location is great, and the house is spacious and has everything you need. Having access to the kitchen is a big plus, especially if you’re looking to save some money during your stay. Alfredo is such a lovely host! He’s always friendly, helpful and makes sure you have a great stay. Would definitely recommend!
Liked: The room was clean and comfy and bathroom small but clean with great shower. Kitchen was good too. Great location just a 15 or 20 minute walk from the Piazza del Campo. Lovely little garden right outside door.
Disliked: Staff not particularly warm and when I got up in the morning to use the kitchen, heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the kitchen. 😔 It made me feel sick. Also happened one more time before we left just an hour later.
Didn’t stay because they cancelled on us
Liked: We were about to check in then text me that they had over booked and our two night stay was gone. So we had to go through booking to get out money back and look for another place to stay for 3-4 nights which was very difficult since we were at the train station looking for a place to check in on a Friday afternoon for at least 3 nights in a row
Disliked: Cancelled just before we checked in
It's a good stay and will come back once in Siena agin

Liked: The place was very nice and clean. The location was close to the train station. There were beautiful views but I did not stay on the side with the views.
Disliked: The reviews said that Alfredo was very helpful. The lady at the front desk did not speak English and acted as if she were too busy for me. She was a little rude. The hotel needed a little sprucing up but it was beautiful.
Liked: Clean and comfortable stay. The location of the accommodation was good, many restaurants around. Our bikes were locked in the garden area. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen with fridge available.
Disliked: I would expect at least coffee be included for the price (it is charged extra at €1). Language barriers can make things interesting.
