Liked: Great location, lovely view
Lovely Apartment, Great Location
Liked: Lovely apartment on the ground floor. Short work from main Piazza. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. They were lovely at responding and helped us get a taxi back to station.
Disliked: The bedroom had ceiling fan no A/C. A/C was in the kitchen dinner. Which cooled the whole apartment. We stayed in July. Bed room was little warming during the night.
A nice 1 bedroom apartment in a great location
Liked: The apartment was in an excellent location with some nice touches like olive oil, spices, bath products and comfortable furnishings. The bed and shower were great and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with good instructions for checking in. It was nice to have air conditioning in the apartment and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The location is hard to beat. The pictures are accurate. Communication with the property manger via WhatsApp was easy and timely.
Disliked: This apartment is listed as a two bedroom apartment but there is a steep, additional, nightly charge for using the second bedroom. We were asked three times if we were using the second bedroom. I think the listing should be changed to clearly show the price difference. Also the dishwasher leaked. These things happen but the floor around the dishwasher was warped in a way that made us wonder if this is a recurring problem. We notified the property manager so hopefully this has been corrected.
Great location, limited breakfast and no cleaning for 7 days
Liked: Location was great; however no breakfast was offered
Disliked: Only coffee caps were offered at the location. I reserved the apartment for my wife and myself for 7 days. I was charged a cleaning fee, but the apartment was not cleaned during our stay. We got 2 towels for the whole stay and limited soap. Is the cleaning fee that I paid use to clean the apartment to the next customer?
Great property and wonderful stay
Liked: Excellent property with good location and great view. Communication with owner very good and easy to follow checking in instructions.
Disliked: Nothing, just sad to leave
Liked: Great location close to the palio lovely flat perfect for our 6 day stay
Disliked: Parking in public multistory via car park Il Campo via Porta Tufi is confusing as you can enterd the ZTL to reach the entrance but this is not clealry signed or showsn on Google.
