Fabulous
I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It’s unfortunate but it you want to get some sleep go somewhere else. because it’
Liked: Nice antiques.
Disliked: To get to property because it’s inside the city we had to walk 6 blocks with our luggage. It was Friday night and there was laughing and yelling in the street until 2 am when restaurant across the street closed. Then it was quiet until 5 am when banging and glass breaking started in the street and people hauling stuff. Clocked chimed at 7:28 am.
We enjoyed our stay in Casalbergo in beautiful Siena. It was very central to everything
Liked: The location is very good, very central, right next door to a beautiful basilica. The room is well appointed with a confortable bed. We enjoyed the terrace.
Disliked: N/A
Would not recommend
Liked: I showed up at the property after a long day of travel and no one was to be found. I had to wait in the heat for an hour before I could check in so I asked to cancel several times wit a refund and did intervene a refund.
Disliked: Customer service
We had a very nice stay. Dino was helpful in getting ua checked in when we were late due to a snafu with the rental car
Liked: Great location. Nice terrace.
Disliked: It could use a new mattress. The left side of the bed is used more than the right side and my husband complained about it feeling like he would roll out of bed at night.
Liked: Very central location, with a beautiful terrace where you can have meals and enjoy beautiful views.
Disliked: Walls are starting to crack, it could do with a touch of paint. Apartment is old in general, renovations would be great. Lots of light gets into the room in the morning.
Liked: The room is spacious with complete facilities, and there’s a lovely small balcony. The host prepared welcome amenities, which are restocked every single day during your stay.
