Fabulous
good choice as usual for one night stopover
Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable......the king bed up to expectations.........staff as usual very courteus and competent -----breakfast OK
Disliked: The bathroom very small for a king room..... Finding parking space at this property has always been a gamble. This time the problem was out of hand. Arriving in the evening and with an external event taking place at the hotel Parking was a lottery and a disconfort specially for elderly clients with mobility problems. Why not reserving parking spaces for in house clients?????...will see next time....

Spent a lot and denied our Bonvoy rewards
Liked: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
Disliked: Since we booked through bookings.com we were denied our bonvoy points. We are platinum and very loyal to Marriott and since we paid Four Points on our credit card we think we should have received full bonvoy rewards. Our room rate was substantial and we should have earned our rewards.

Great hotel
Liked: Great hotel on the outskirts of Siena. Very comfortable rooms and lovely bathroom. Couldn't fault it for comfort. Also loved the outdoor pool - great to abel to cool down after a days sight seeing in this fantastic city. We didn't try the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Do note that this is not in the old town but is a short taxi drive and getting taxis is extremely easy and affordable here. The reception staff are excellent and order the taxis which are then at the door within minutes. All in all a great hotel. Only slight note of criticism is the lack of bar staff late evening. It is nice to have a night cap and it was a little annoying trying to loacte a member of staff to serve us. Very minor quibble though this is a great hotel and highly recommended
