Fabulous
Great choice for a few days trip
Liked: Very good location with parking (2 parkings), good breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly, can all speak English as well! Kettle in the room and spotless clean rooms.
Disliked: Small rooms and bathrooms, which were ok for a short weekend.
Great location, not so great mattress
Liked: Location of this property was awesome. We were able to walk to the old city and explore without stress. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, and assisted with booking things. The only drawback was the mattress was uncomfortable and both of us woke up sore every day. If they update their mattresses, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.
Sensational, book it you wont regret it
Liked: The property was lovely, beautiful little gardens and the room was lovely with a great view. The shower was hot and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great with a nice glass courtyard which was a lovely way to start the day. The staff were exceptional especially Matteo, he gave us advice on authentic places to eat and places to see and no question asked was ever a problem. We loved stay and experience at Siena. Id definitely give this property 5 stars

Pleasant stay
Liked: The hotel was nice and pleasant, well connected by urban bus services despite being far from the historic center (well... no super far, 20' walk). The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety and very fresh options. The staff were kind and attentive, in particular the young man who helped me book a ticket for an opera concert. They also offered a thoughtful compensation for the small issue we had, which I’ll enjoy with someone special.
Disliked: The room didn’t really feel like a true 3-star accommodation and was located in a building separate from the main hotel. The shower had a problem that couldn’t be fixed immediately due to needing special parts.

Liked: Great location to walk into Siena. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Dog friendly
Disliked: Shower was difficult to get in/out of due to position in room
