Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast very good with lovely staff also. The position of the hotel is amazing with the Duomo just around the corner. The hotel was very quiet considering its position. Would definitely stay again.

In the heart of Siena
Liked: Hotel is situated in a very good place near Siena Duomo and Piazza di Campo. We had a lovely balcony with a view over the city.
Disliked: It was quite a long way from the elevator to the room with a couple of stairs.
