Liked: The rooms were clean and the staff were fantastic. We just stayed over night...but a short bus ride to Sienna

Wouldnt recomend. A very uncomfortable, and badly maintained hotel
Liked: If you arrive by the car, there is a nice private parking.
Disliked: Very badly maintained rooms and the whole hotel. Mold in the bathroom, dirty walls, water damage on the ceiling. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. We didnt even receive a proper blanket and were freezing the whole night. Its October and they dont provide us with a blanket? We got only bed linnen without a blanket… breakfast was really bad. Very little to choose from, the milk was old, tablea dirty and the plates were also dirty.

Disliked: Corridor carpet very dirty. Room clean but could definitely benefit from refurb. When I booked, the information stated that the pool was open, however, upon arrival, the information had changed and the pool was closed, which was disappointing. No complimentary water in room.
Liked: Nunzia was amazing and took care of all of our needs!!!
