Good hotel with exceptional customer service, basic rooms but comfortable
Liked: Awesome customer service. We had such a helpful guy at the desk who went out of his way to tell us about Siena, getting around, helped with our suitcase, answered emails fast etc. The rooms were very basic but fine for what we needed for a night. seemed to be a good location to walk anywhere in the town.
Disliked: The shower was so small the curtain stuck to your body as you showered. But it worked fine and the pressure was good. Bit noisy in the early morning as the trucks all park in the square out the front to deliver foods and products, so sleeping in could be challenging. Not the hotel's fault, but the taxi drivers were doubling the fares to get from the trains/buses to the town instead of running the metres. Our metred taxi was 15 Euro, but others were saying they couldn't take you unless you paid 30-40 euro, which they should not be doing in Siena.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is right in the city centre, with everything close by, making it very easy to explore. The neighbourhood felt safe and welcoming. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, recommending some fantastic places to visit and eat, which made our trip even better. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Liked: Fabulous location in heart of Siena. Air con effective. Staff very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Slightly strong perfumed smell to room which I wasn’t keen on.
