Fabulous
Overall a god place to stay
Liked: Quiet, beautiful surroundings. Eleonora in reception was wonderful! Top marks! Local buses are on time, 0S4 will take you to and from the station. Other buses to the city wall etc. Taxis 10 to 15 Euros. DO EAT At Bottega di Ana y Leo in the center, ARRIVE EARLY. Locally, eat at OGGI the porcheta (Osteria Alimentari, Tana Libera Tuttr, Make sure to get the Anti pasti starter plate.
Disliked: Property could do with some updates.

Liked: Would recommend and stay again! Location was close to our relative that we were visiting. About a 15 min car ride to Siena. Staff was great. Breakfast was nice - nothing special - coffee, juices, tray of pastries, tray of cheese and salami. Room was rustic, but adequate. Could have had a comfortable chair. We stayed in a large room that had a queen and 2 twin beds. It had a series of a few steps to gain entrance to our room. There were 2 steps down to get to our bathroom. Three separate guest rooms shared a common kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and sink with drinkable water. Room had coffee and tea set up. What really sells this hotel is the large outdoor pool surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The grounds were landscaped very nicely with flowering bushes and flower pots. Needed a key to drive into the property, but gate to street is unlocked.
Disliked: A comfortable chair would have been very welcome.
It was everything I was hoping a stay in Tuscany would be
Liked: The setting was beautiful and had a lovely rustic feel. The grounds with the swimming pool were well looked after and had many places to sit and look out of the Tuscan countryside.
Disliked: Our room had a very small shower cubicle that wasn’t easy to manoeuvre in. It was obviously quite old and had seen better days, this was the only negative thing we had in our stay.

Disliked: The room was a bit spartan
Liked: Very good value for money in a historic building. The rooms are quite basic but nicely done. Good location for those travelling by car and only a short drive away from Siena centre. Good breakfast that had to be preordered the night before to avoid waste.
Disliked: Our room had a rather narrow staircase to get up but otherwise an excellent hotel
A lovely relaxing four night break - beautiful surrounding area
Liked: The location was excellent - so peaceful and relaxing. We had the best nights sleep in a very comfortable bed!
Disliked: It would have been useful to have things supplied in the property like tea towels, kitchen roll, hand soap, etc. The amenities outside were really great, the pool was lovely with a great view! We did notice that the football goal and badminton nets/rackets were very worn through good use and need replacing.
