Very good
It wa ok but didn’t sleep as room behind lifts
Liked: Breakfast was very good
Disliked: Upgraded to a junior suite as our room was behind the lifts the suite was still behind the lifts so didn’t get much sleep. Only stayed two nights and the cleaner only made the bed and didn’t put the cushions/pillows back on the bed that were on the floor. The floor in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned either as it was very dusty
Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Next to soccer field very loud when a game is being played
Good value
Liked: Location was good. Large comfortable bed.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved. Pastries were not very good.
The location was nice and the breakfast was delicious
Liked: Location, nice clean room
Disliked: We didn’t have hot water for the first 2 days. We had to call to let them know
Great hotel
Liked: Very spacious hotel in Siena. Nice location both in the centre but also close to bus. Nice rooms. Would stay again.
Decent location but definitely not worth the money
Liked: Walkable to the city center
Disliked: No water provided, towels were old and ripped, breakfast was poor, and staff didn't really seem to care
