Fabulous
I will choose that accommodation again if I will plan visit Siena
Liked: Everything was good and pleasant
Disliked: Nothing really
Liked: Room was very large and comfortable and well located.
Disliked: The air con wasn't working and the staff obviously knew it because there was a floor mounted fan in the room. The staff said it had been 'checked' but obviously the fan was a dead give away. We got hold of a second fan so that helped during the heatwave. The owners agreed to reimburse us EU90 which they did. A not so good review because they gave us the room at full price knowing the air con wasn't working.
Liked: Size of the room
Disliked: Bathroom had leakage in the roof. Also the sealing for the tub not good and water was coming out during showers ACs are not great and cannot go lower than 27
Disliked: The air conditioning was set to 18 degrees when we arrived, but it didn't cool below 26 and a half degrees when we checked out after the second night. We couldn't ventilate because the temperature jumped to 30 degrees in a minute, which didn't go back down for hours. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, so neither the smells nor the steam after the shower went away. We had to keep the room door closed because it was 6-8 degrees warmer in the hallway and bathroom. I reported it to the reception after the first night, but there was no improvement.
Would stay here again it was great!
Liked: Great location, easy access. Clean
