Exceptional
Top location, very spacious with everything you could need
Liked: Fantastic location really easy to get everywhere. Near lots of cafes and restaurants. Fabulous breakfast at the local cafe included in the price. Very spacious, bed really comfy. Highly recommend
Disliked: It would have been great to have a bottle of water in the fridge but really that is a minor thing.
We loved our stay and wanted to stay longer
Liked: It was spacious and well prepared
Disliked: Location, quality, kitchen and comfort
Liked: Wonderful apartment. Very convenient.
Disliked: No human support when there are questions. Felt corporate.
Great apartment in a central location
Liked: Amazing apartment - everything looks and feels new and clean Comfortable bed, equipped kitchen Walking distance from main attractions and there's a trem stop just outside the apartment The host was very nice and showed us everything in a welcoming way Highly recommended!
Disliked: Only thing that was missing were hand towels! We could have probably ask the host but we only stayed for two nights and most of the time were out so got along without it.
Very spacious, clean and central
Liked: Very centrally located and apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was very good
Disliked: It was reasonably challenging to find and the instructions on key codes, registration before arrival were long and irksome
Perfect location for exploring Siena
Liked: The location was perfect,- close to sights & restaurants but quiet. Leonardo was extremely helpful prior to and during our stay and quick to repond. The little private patio area was lovely,- peaceful and cool. The kitchen was a bit basic. Its an older style apartment but pleasant enough for a few days.
Disliked: There was nothing to wash up with so you have to put stuff in the dishwasher which is annoying when there isn't much crockery etc. A cloth or sponge provided would be helpful and a few mugs for tea drinkers!
