A great little find. Charming and in the thick of the old town
Liked: Our room had a terrace overlooking the old city which was delightful. This hotel is small and authentic. The staff were few but vey helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and lounge areas were quaint and charming with a great outlook.
Disliked: Accessing the hotel in Siena’s old town streets needs careful planning. This is not a criticism but is useful information.

Liked: Nice view from the lounge
Disliked: The room and the bathroom were extremely small and uncomfortable. There was no view. The AC in the hotel did not work even though Siena was in the middle of heat wave. We could not open the windows because of terrible noise outside our window until 2 am.
We felt so comfortable and at home
Liked: From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was so kind and accomodating and wanted everything to be perfect for us. The breakfast was outstanding and the common area was comfortable with an incredible view. We loved this place and the staff made it extra special. Thank you for making our time in Siena so special.
