  Liked: The service was great. The room was beautiful and the location is so comfortable.

  Perfect stay in Siena

  Liked: The host was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for access to all the sites of Siena. The room was absolutely beautiful with top quality facilities

  Great location with modern and spacious hotel rooms

  Liked: Facilities were very nice and modern particularly compared to other places we have stayed at in Italy. Rooms were spacious (we booked a few on this floor as we were travelling as a bigger group) and they were clean and well maintained! The location was also perfect, so close to everything! It is within the ZTL zone but we used their recommended private garage serice to park all 3x cars, which meant they were able to drop us at the front door with our suitcases.

  Disliked: Nothing much only flag to guests would be that there was no lift so you have to carry your bags, but this is only up one flight of stairs.

  Perfect every time

  Liked: Our third time staying here, and we love it more each time. The rooms are beautiful, the location is perfect and the staff are amazing, we’ll definitely be back.

  Great location, just like the photos

  Liked: Room was very clean and well kept. Looked exactly like the photos. The building seems very traditional which was also pleasant. Location was amazing. You are a very short walk from the plaza and great restaurants.

  Disliked: Everything was fine. There is no lift, only stairs (24 to be exact) up to the rooms. Wasn’t a problem generally, except when carrying suitcases to and from.

  Perfect location to explore Siena

  Liked: Overall, a great stay here. The rooms were brand new and very clean and functional. The location was also very central and close to the Piazza del Campo. Ela was a lovely and very helpful host. Her husband runs the restaurant next door! Loved the 2 sinks in our room.

  Disliked: This isn't really a negative, but I had assumed this was a hotel based on the description and photos. It is actually about 6 separate rooms off a single large central room on a single floor of a larger building.
