Exceptional
A wonderful stay with exceptional staff
Liked: The views of Siena from the breakfast terrace are stunning! We stayed in a large room without a view but you can wander down and sit on the terrace for a drink or snack to soak in the views at any time. The bathroom was very well renovated with an excellent, large shower. Breakfast was exceptional - an ample buffet supplemented by coffee and hot eggs of your choice made to order. A special thanks to the absolutely delightful receptionist who was also the breakfast cook and waitress - your dedication to your work and infectious joyfulness is an inspiration!

Beautiful Hotel in a great Location!!!
Liked: Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was very attentive and very friendly. Parking for our rental car was as easy as giving them our keys and not worrying about it until we left. The hotel is in the ZTL zone, but they took care of the permissions when we arrived and when we left. Our room was large and well appointed. Very clean and modern. Many choices at breakfast, both savory and sweet. Eggs made to order. The terrace has a beautiful view of the countryside and city overlap. Didn't eat breakfast out there, it was raining, but had afternoon drinks out there soaking up the beautiful view. Its very close to Il Campo and we were able to walk everywhere else easily. Staff gave us great suggestions for dinner. I am very glad we stayed here.
