Exceptional
Very comfortable and pleasant stay. We will definitely choose this hotel if we visit Stresa again
Liked: Marisa was so welcoming and friendly. She recommended a lot of good restaurants with tasty food and good price. The hotel locates in a local residential area and the neighborhood was very quite. It was very easy to go to all the places from the hotel by foot.
Excellent
Liked: We liked everything - the location, the amenities, the host Marisa is very nice and responds to every request we have instantly. We recommend and we will come back again
Disliked: Nothing! Just a tip - the bathroom door is squeaking and it needs to be lubricated.
Liked: Really lovely room, great location for exploring Stresa and close to the ferry pier. Close to a good local bakery for breakfast and some good food options for evenings
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Clean, quiet, close to the water and really lovely owner
A very nice stay, would definitely return
Liked: Lovely position tucked away from the main centre, but so close to everything that Stresa has to offer. A very welcoming host and everything was spotlessly clean.
Disliked: The room was a perfect size for two adults. It does accommodate 4 people, which I think would be fine with young/ small children but could be a little tight with older children/ teens.
Beautiful booking, convenient and clean
Liked: Beautiful property, clean and great location.
Disliked: We followed all instructions, kept her well updated to our arrival even after our flight canceled and Property manager wanted us to meet with her the next day middle of the day, On her time not convenient to us. We had already booked an excursion. She actually got quite pushy with us about it. Finally had to say that was not fair to our holiday and gave her what worked for us… it was a bit much to have to worry about all that commitment she wanted and her constant insistence on meeting at her time she was available.
