Liked: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent apartment in Baveno, Italy! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location is perfect for exploring Lake Maggiore and the beautiful surroundings. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Disliked: There was a very strong smell from the cleaner used to mop and clean the apartment - we had to open the windows overnight to get the smell out...but we appreciated how clean it was.

Nice room with some minor faults

Liked: Nice room. Great location. Spotless.

Disliked: Altough the bathroom was very nice, it was very much "design over function". Water tap on the far edge of the basin, shower caused some flooding, towel heater out of reach from the shower. Parking costs extra. Had to leave cash on the table for tourist tax and parking, since no staff was there. Agonizingly slow wifi, gave up watching netflix after it would constantly buffer.

Disappointing experience, far away from premium stay, based on whats availalbe inside

  Liked: Cleaness, staff.

Disliked: Kitchen towel with holes; doors cant be closed when guest bed is opened; wc paper is thin as air; no noise isplation - can hear how chairs being moved; church bells very close; railwail extremely close - that cant sleep during night. No salt, pepper, olive oil - doesnt feel like in Italy, nor premium apartments as its show on photos. Shower very bad ventilaiton -after 3 min in shower all furniture wet.

Disappointing experience - thought booking premium stay. At least property was clean

  Liked: Cleaness, staff

Disliked: Communication - i’ve sent email (received confirmation) that this is me who booked stay with teo reservations, despite i have received whatsapp qns when im cheking out, as well staff member for unknow reason where entering room. Also kitchen towel - with holes, chair covers - with stains, no salt/pepper/oil; far away from “premium”:/, doors cant be closed when bed is made for sleep. Bad sound isolation.
