Relaxing holiday in a beautiful hotel location
Liked: Beautiful location really clean rooms and excellent food Staff very knowledgeable and helpful
Disliked: Nothing really
Liked: Behaviour of reception & bar staff.
Disliked: Cold room. Insufficient staff capacity due to low season. Lawn-mowing operation Friday morning at 09 AM. Weak breakfast. Very high price while the hotel is 90% empty.
Great Hotel with a great view
Liked: The location, and the views over the lake is just breathtaking. Pool area and private beach was nice and we got a room with a livingroom and a big tarrace downstairs and the bed room and bathroom upstairs with plenty of space. It's a great hotel
My room on fifth floor was very elegant and the view of the lake spectacular
Liked: I liked the Eleganz and grandeur of the Hotel. It truly matches its name. The hotel staff was very nice, kind, friendly and always helpful and accommodating me.
Disappointing certainly not a leading hotel
Liked: Location and staff plus parking
Disliked: Bed collapsed on 3 successive nights only one batten under bottom third. Clothing lobby not dusted. Bath towel rail loose. Lunch/Dinner menu restricted.
A real gem in the Verbania area. Warmly recommended
