Fabulous
Liked: Very nice room with sufficient storage space. Large bathroom. Great location at the lake, close to the train station and the harbor. you can rent good bicycles at the hotel, which we used for a day trip.
Liked: Nice place on the lake Centre. Nice Pool and good parking. Berry friendly staff.
Disliked: Our Room 230 was verry noisy because of the Elevator in the Late Evening and early Morning.
Liked: Staff was extremely friendly. Helping with reservations and directions. Big big thank you!

Liked: The position was great, close to everything. Lovely hotel and. pool. Breakfast good. The cakes were absolutely delicious, compliments the Baker(s) A special and well deserved mention to three members of staff; Maria, who is an absolute joy to be around, so friendly, helpful and caring, she went above and beyond with gluten free dietary needs for one of out party She is truly an asset to this hotel.!!! Also Giulia, the lifeguard who was so friendly and helpful and great with the kids!! A mention about Katia on the reception also it was very lovely and helpful. Also shout out to the cleaners who were really hard behind the scenes!!
Disliked: The mature female staff member who was not very friendly. The third female lifeguard present towards the end of our day was very unfriendly and looked as if she hated her job.

Liked: Perfect location. Even had parking on site. Very accommodating. They were able to extend my stay without advance notice. I appreciated the Good quality linens. Garden and pool are amazing. Stunningly beautiful.
