Liked: Looks like the hotel was newly renovated. Everything is very clean, nice breakfast and helpful staff in the recrption. Great location.
Disliked: In the end, comfort is what matters most, and unfortunately, we did not experience it here. We booked a family room but were given two connecting rooms. In both rooms, there was a large window through which it was possible to see whoever was showering or using the toilet. I honestly don’t understand what is supposed to be “family-friendly” about a setup like this. In addition, each double bed had one shared duvet that was not covered with a duvet cover. Instead, it was simply placed on top of the sheet. This did not feel hygienic at all, and as a result, we did not sleep well that night.
Lovely stay, very relaxing
Liked: We had a suite of connected rooms with balconies. Very clean and comfortable with a refrigerator. One hundred yards walk to the lakefront although there’s a short cut down an alley which helps. It’s about 600 yards to the start of the Old Town which is packed with lovely bars and restaurants.
Disliked: View from balconies nothing special on 2nd floor although I believe higher levels have a lake view. One morning breakfast wasn’t stocked properly otherwise a good continental breakfast selection.
Excellent treatment by staff. Comfortable bed. If we come to Levanto again we will definitely try to stay at this place
Liked: Quiet, air condition, great location next center of town. Place to do laundry.
