Liked: Hospitality… Breakfast was excellent… Enjoyed with personal touch
Disliked: Satisfied
Liked: The location is nice. The staff is friendly. But all good things end here.
Disliked: The small room with the bunk bed smelled of urine. There is no air conditioning, it is quite warm. There is no refrigerator. To sleep you have to leave the windows open. But there was terrible noise from the restaurants downstairs until late. Loud music, shouting. The breakfast is quite poor in terms of food.
Recommended for 1 day but longer stays may be difficult as showering is a challenge
Liked: The breakfast was really good, they serve you wathever you like. Good coffe, good pastries. If you prefer salty stuff they offfered cheese and ham. Yogurth, cereal, te, and juices. The place is in a very good location and it is easy to get into the imbarchadero to take the boats to the islands or other regions of lago maggiore.
Disliked: The shower was extremely small, there was barely any space to more around. You cannot shower withouth touching the curtain or the walls of the shower.
Disliked: No aircondition,in the room +35 and can not sleep all night.
Good location, friendly staff, hotel room basic and comfortable. Shower really small
Liked: Location was very good, close to the lake, stalls and restaurants. The hotel itself has a lovely restaurant, very friendly staff and good food. Also accommodating us with storage of luggage after checking out.
Disliked: No coffee, tea, sugar and milk in the room. Tiny shower. Limited choice during breakfast, no choice of boiled egg, tomatoes or toasted bread.
Great location, real Italian cuisine
Liked: Great place near the lake, staff looked after our motorcycles, restaurant is outstanding
