Grazie to the wonderful staff who were attentive and helpful from the front desk to the breakfast rooms to the cleaning
Liked: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The boats for the Borromean islands were conveniently situated in front of the hotel. The beautiful Pallavicino Park was only a fifteen minute walk from the hotel! Isola Madre was great!
Disliked: The shower is a bit tight.
Liked: Fabulous traditional Italian Hotel. We just loved it. Can’t recommend it enough.
Old school charm in a fabulous location
Liked: Lovely old school feel about it with stunning views onto the lake, well from our room anyway.
