The worst ever hotel experience!
Liked: The only positive aspcet on this hotel is its central location in Baveno.
Disliked: I took part in a meeting held in the Grand Hotel Dino across Hotel Residence Dei Fiori. I was told that all other hotels were full at the time, so I had no other choices but to stay there for three nights. I was given a room, which was located behind an inner yard at the street level! Several features simply did not work: air-conditioning, TV and WI-FI. On the second day I found signs of smoking in my pillow!! On the third day electricity went off and they had to change my room (I admit that the new one located in the third floor of the main buildong was more pleasant). They never offered to help me (room change was done at early night without any light) and they never apologized. What annoyed me the most was the staff's behavior (after all I did not expect much form such a hotel): they were arrogant and not at all helpful or polite. Try to avoid this hotel at all means!

Liked: The location was great- we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great location but bad service and Staff
Liked: The location is the best. There is old staff who was very polite and helpful
Disliked: They don't clean/service the apartments. We had to manage the garbage disposal on our own everyday, They don't change the towels either. The owner was rude, we had a problem with the booking but he didn't wanted to listen at all. The air conditioners had a very special trick, it turns on only when windows and doors are fully closed but you have learn this, to know the accuracy

Disliked: Heating system not enough. The room was very cold, even with heating on at max.
