Good
Just what we needed
Liked: Staff, location and breakfast was perfect
Disliked: Good but limited amenities
Liked: Very welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room. Best value for money. The breakfast was really delicious. Also the location is great near boat bay in Stresa to go around.
Great hotel just needs a few things looking at to improve
Liked: Great location, great breakfast and service
Disliked: Bathroom shower was dodgy and spluttering everywhere - it’s very simple to buy a new shower head that works! At the rate of €100 a night for a single room, I should think the hotel could afford it? The inside lock of the door did not work, made me quite insecure
Liked: Jeg er fornøyd med hotellet med hyggelige betjening
Disliked: Klima annlegg virket av og til for det ble for varmt om natten
Lovely staff but would benefit from a general update
Liked: Location is fabulous
Disliked: Our room was not suitable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers( bunk beds), the bathroom was very tired and in need of an update. Door does not shut properly in the bathroom and the handle is loose. Leaking from the bath tub onto the floor when showering. Water was dripping from the ceiling where the outside blinds run into the ceiling upon the small hallway. Not clear on booking.com that I needed to specify about quadruple room and did not expect bunk beds which were rather rickety. The staff were super helpful and nice.
A fantastic stay with ideal location and brilliant staff
Liked: Ideal location, easy access to shops, restaurants, lake front. Staff were outstanding. Rooms were comfortable.
