  Daniela was very helpful and met us on arrival. The views are amazing, lots of space for a large group to not feel overc

  Liked: Great views, spacious villa equipped with everything you could need really.

  Disliked: The gardens were not maintained and were only worked on shortly before our departure, whilst we were trying to relax by the pool.

  Poor …. Avoid

  Liked: The views. The fact it had en suites for every room.

  Disliked: Where to start? 1. I still am chasing the return of my deposit. 15 working days after checking out! I have called the Casa team on several occasions and have now complained to Booking.com 2. There was no access to the pool. Evidently this was in the small print (even though it was advertised with a swimming pool) 3. The hob in the downstairs kitchen did not work. A problem when cooking for 9 people. I was told to use the upstairs small kitchen up 2 flights of stairs 4. Generally state of property was poor and not as in photos. Damp stains on wall, front door didn’t lock, glass shower panel on only one hinge so could have fallen and broken with anyone using it, over grown gardens, access up a very narrow windy drive (we damaged our hire vehicle), shower trays that overflowed when in use as the traps hadn’t been cleaned, and a broken vase that had been left on the side. All relatively small things but generally shoddy given the price we were paying and definitely not the 5 star experience we were hoping for. And especially poor to have to repeatedly chase (and still chasing) to get my deposit back!!

  A Dream villa

  Liked: The view is amazing. The house is clean and well maintained, large and spacious. The pool is also great

  Disliked: The price is expensive. Apart from that, the landlord does not take responsibility for a serious malfunction that happened during the stay. We had no hot water in the showers and the technician could only come after we left the house. We were after bathing in the pool with small children and not being able to shower at all. The landlord is not willing to discuss compensation or a discount on the stay, not even for one euro, and this is a real irresponsibility. This is a basic service. In this case I am also disappointed by Booking.com's customer service who did not do enough. In addition, there were hundreds of wasps in the evening, it was impossible to sit on the balconies or open the windows, although it is possible that this is a seasonal regional hazard

Please inform Villa Incanta by Casa da Suite in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note, late check in comes at an extra fee: from 10 pm till 12 pm 25 EUR, from 12 pm till 2 am 45 EUR

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20 € per pet, per stay applies.

A deposit may be required at the property.
