Fabulous
Outstanding host
Liked: Beautiful apartment overlooking Lake Maggiore. Exceptionally clean. Host was fantastic, sorted out a couple of minor issues immediately. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: It was quite a distance from the town. Definitely need to have a car.
A wonderful stay in Stresa
Liked: The property was incredibly secure and safe. It was extremely spacious. Everything was of a very high standard. The Aircon was fantastic. The furniture incredibly comfortable. In all a superb space to stay. Very quiet and peaceful with lovely views. This was enhanced by the helpfulness of the owner who was full of suggestions to make our holiday even better. I would recommend unreservedly and return in a heartbeat.
Fabulous comfortable top floor apartment provided a memorable stay!
Liked: This is an absolutely beautiful apartment with magnificent views of the lake and the islands. Roomy with lovely furnishings. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. The kitchen seemed to be well-equipped, although I didn't cook anything. Eduard, the host was quite helpful with information about the area. Note that you do need a car to get into Stresa and that there is a gated parking area for your car. There is no grocery store to walk to, but there was a Conad grocery store conveniently located on your way into Stresa. We were pleasantly surprised that this apartment was so nice.
Disliked: Nothing!
Comfortable place with amazing views nearby
Liked: Nice quiet location. If you are lucky to get the top of the two rented apartments, you will have a fantastic view. If not, you will still have a good view on the lake, but behind a fence of the driveway. The best views are few meters down the road on the way downtown! The flat is furnished to a high level, and it is super clean.
Disliked: The host Eduard is not of a friendly type, don’t expect a smile or feeling welcomed. Don’t park in front of the gate upon arrival — the opening gate may hit your car, — at least, it didn’t automatically stop when I was on its way trying to prevent it from hitting my car. It would be nice to have a couple of coffee capsules in the kitchen for the first morning.
Liked: Peacefulness, view, away from the tourism, very friendly and attentive host (with a great restaurant recommendation)

Liked: The host was so friendly and helpful. Secure parking. The property was exceptional and the viee from the balcony was breathtaking
Disliked: Typical shy English people we like privacy. Theres no blind or curtain to the bathroom window.
