Exceptional
Definitely recommend
Liked: The place is beautiful, the apartment is clean and well maintained and cared, good bed and sofa, good bathroom, very responsive owner. The backdoor opens to the seaside. A well priced cafe just below our windows. The street is quiet compared to more central areas. The whole island is absolutely walkable and you are close to everything. Large windows, good natural light in the morning. The sound of the sea in the upper room (though not directly seen) We liked this apartment a lot and I would definitely choose it again.
Disliked: The boiler was quite small, for our family (3 people) we had to wait after each short shower. That is probably the only issue worth improving in the future. The following are not the issues, but rather comments: The ceiling in the upper room has those logs quite low, we both had a couple of bumps by the end of our stay. Maybe it's worth to add some soft bumper at least on two logs. Last day the water flow was so weak it was almost impossible to wash dishes or take shower (I believe it's an island issue, not flat's). There might have been some more toilet rolls as our stay was 5 nights. Maybe adding some more storage place on either floor is a good idea, as well as checking all the lights (some are flickering)

Liked: Salvatore was responsive and helpful. We were able to check in early. The property was modern with great furnishings. And beautiful high ceilings. We really enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Beautiful and tastefully designed property in the best location. Right next to the beach and town center yet tucked away from the noise. Myriad of restaurant at 1 to 5min away. Beds and pillows of great quality and kitchen got all necessary appliances. One of the best properties in ortigia! Special thanks to the owner who’s been very helpful.
Absolutely fantastic
Liked: Absolutely fantastic apartment. We stayed for 10 nights. Fab location - quiet but close to the centre of Ortigia. Fab swimming spot literally 2 minutes away. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Welcome wine water and orange juice. After travelling for 8 weeks, this was the best apartment we stayed in.
Disliked: Nothing.
Excellent choice, pleasant experience
Liked: This is a neat cosy apartment very well located in the centre but at the same time on a quiet street. Big bedroom on an upper floor with a very comfortable bed. There’s also a small secluted space outside the bedroom to chill out. It is well equipped and even we got a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge. All instructions to access the property and the communication with the owner was excellent.
Disliked: Even though for us it was not an issue, it could be important to highlight that the flat is on a first floor accessible only by stairs.
