Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Location, amenities, very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Our room had an external balcony, bringing some street noise - other rooms I think have internal balconies which would avoid this
Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The room is very small, as well as the balcony.
Liked: We had a very pleasant stay overall. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Marika was very friendly and organised. She provided all the check-in information and useful details about our stay in advance, which made everything very smooth. Lovely team throughout the stay. Breakfast had a nice concept: each morning you order a sweet or savoury pastry for the following morning. Then you also have a buffet with a good variety of other items. The location is excellent as it's within walking distance of Siracusa train station, bus stops for visiting nearby towns, and walking to Ortigia. We also appreciated the park directly opposite the building which has a children's playground. The ensuite bathroom was a good size. The shower itself however was on the smaller side, and the doors felt a little delicate, so we found it easier to leave them open while showering. As there wasn't any ventilation in the bathroom, we kept the door open most of the time, which occasionally meant noticing a slight musty smell. Despite this, the cleanliness of the room, the warm hospitality, and the convenient location made for an enjoyable stay.
Disliked: N/A - met our expectations.
Would stay here again
Liked: The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was a good mix of Italian and international breakfast, so it was not just coffee and pastries. The rooms very spacious and had good AC.
Disliked: Can't say anything negative, this was the first night where everyone in our group slept well during our road trip in Sicily.
Great place to stay. Much better of other stays on the area
Liked: Cleanses and nice rooms
Liked: Central location in Siracusa, old city is 5 minutes by walk. The surrounding area are full of restorants, coffe shops. Communication was good, it was easy to find the place.
