    Poor communication

Liked: The location of the property is excellent

Disliked: Communication was quite slow, which made it rather difficult to plan our itinerary and can NOT understand the check-in and check-out procedures and needed to ask about the time for breakfast ourselves. Overall, communication required a lot of unnecessary effort. After we had already checked out in the morning, the owner requested that we leave the city tax on the desk. As we had already departed, this caused additional hassle as we then had to figure out how to transfer the tax payment electronically while we were still travelling.
