We recommend this place for a short stay of 1 week
Liked: Very central location in historical Ortigia, the building is renewed and clean with elevator, which is very useful to carry the luggage. Our room on. second floor was calm, large bed, WC & shower. Everything was working perfectly.
Disliked: No water boiler, no mugs, neither cups…

Disliked: No where to park easily. The Bed was extremely noisy each time I moved it rattled. The Air-conditioning was loud. Didnt realise It was a shared space was a room in a apartment

Disliked: Breakfast is served at a nearby café. However, due to the hot weather, we would have preferred to have juice instead of hot coffee based drinks, but this was not possible, which felt a bit restrictive

Disliked: Pretty odd having a full (common) kitchen without any utensils whatsoever.
Liked: Excellent location in the heart of Ortigia, close to restaurants and cafes. Quick response from the staff, clean facilities.
Disliked: As it's advertised as B&B, there are three bedrooms in the apartment, each with own bathroom and in the common room there is a camera in the far corner of the kitchen. I do understand the security reasons, but it's a bit annoying to be observed while having a beer after long walk. The breakfast was included in the price and it is taking place in a lovely bakery 150 meters from the building. You have to present a coupon from the host. First day we found two coupons in one of the rooms ( 4 guests - 2 rooms) and we thought it's 1 for each room. OK but no! It must be for each person. I wrote several messages to the host and for next morning we found two coupons in each room slipped under the door. For the last morning I didn't bother to write at all.

Liked: It is centrally located. We found it clean snd accessible. The room was adequate. The owner was forthcoming when needed
