Fabulous
Sicily road trip
Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Remote checkin was clunky. No info on how to get through street door so if host is busy you can end up standing on the street. Didn't have to wait more than 10 mins but puts doubt in your mind. Once in all is good.
Good location, far from the noise
Liked: Location
Disliked: Proper but simple
Comfortable room close to the city center
Liked: The accommodation is in a very good location, a few minutes walk from the city center. Check-in is online, we just had to call the host (via WhatsApp) when we first arrived to open the gate (then we had access to the key safe). There is an old elevator that works (worth trying!). The accommodation is very nice, clean, modern, the bed is comfortable and the rooms have a small shared kitchen. Parking is around the house (free in the spaces marked with a white stripe). Breakfast is not at the accommodation, but at a nearby cafe. (tickets were in the room). I really liked the city and the peoples.
Disliked: The breakfast is very simple: you can choose 1 coffee and 1 pastry. The staircase is very shabby.
Great stay at a reasonable price
Liked: Voucher at local cafe for breakfast was perfect. Walkable to historic areas.
Disliked: Host was a little abrupt via email, but maybe it was just translation.
Disliked: The check in experience was not good. It was later than it was informed, no replies from the landlady. We were outside the property and it was raining.
Liked: Everything was great, except that the walls are as thin as paper and you can hear everything.
