Liked: The room size was very comfortable. It was very modern and spotless. Wonderful breakfast!

Liked: Very nice hotel. Breakfast was good and we were able to get in our room early. We liked the location. Easy walks to explore both Ortigia and Syracuse. Does have an elevator which was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
Liked: Comfortable bed, good linen, good shower,plenty sockets. communication response time impeccable,did not have breakfast but it did look good, great quiet location just across the bridges to Ortigia. staff charming and professional at all times! Information given to us about the hotel and the suite we had booked was extensive and comprehensive! A lift which was much appreciated for getting our luggage up and down the stairs.
Disliked: I must have received 5 or 6 invites to accept the hotels valet parking service for €50 per day, i had no intention of using my car during my 2 night stay and a €100 bill seemed a bit extreme, €40 car park fee, €60 for the valet,mmmm!!! I felt it a bit pushy and trying to taking advantage of guests nervousness about parking near Ortigia! As a first time driver in Sicily, I found the parking,recommended by the hotel, easy to find and within 3 minutes walk, again exactly as I had been informed by the hotel! My suite was on 2 floors, bedroom upstairs, not what I was expecting, and not ideal,it probably says this on the site, my mistake for not reading the details carefully enough! The hotel did communicate this to me before my arrival,but after the free cancellation deal had expired! I was offered an alternate room which did not have a balcony, but decided to stick with the balcony room, bit of a mistake on my part as it was tiny, anyone with big feet would struggle to stand on it! These were minor issues but a bit annoying!
Nice hotel but a lot of hidden costs
Liked: Nice hotel,near Ortigia great location
Disliked: Quite expensive and looking to charge for extras at breakfast and use of jacuzzi on roof top which should be included in price given it is quite costly
Liked: Close to Ortigia. Nice well presented rooms.
It's a great place to stay and to eat
Liked: I liked everything. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great: it's half-way between Ortigia and the archeological site with Greek and Roman theatres. The restaurant is exceptionally good. The best food I've tried in all of Sicily.
Disliked: My room on the 1st floor had windows that didn't have shades to block the street light at night.
