Fabulous
Liked: Great location, nice clean comfortable room, small kitchenette space, nice accommodating host. My stay would have been perfect with a new shower head, but that’s really a detail. Thanks!
A potentially great place, but travellers must make sure to get what they had actually booked!
Liked: Convenient location, relatively close to the historical part of the city and many restaurants and shops.
Disliked: We got a far worse room than the one we had booked where we also had to suffer from a major plumbing problem. However, to be fair, the owner/manager has compensated us for the inconveniences, and by that he made our stay acceptable.
A nice location to discover Ortigia area and Syracuse
Liked: The room had a kitchen corner with all necessary amenities. WiFi was working fine.
Disliked: The fact, that probably the building is older, so the sewers do not allow paper disposal into the toilet - so as a consequence, you collect all the disposed papers in the bin, which is fine. To prevent the smell, host installed an automated diffuser, which is a nice thought to refresh the air, however think of people with allergies and also the fact that every now and then diffuser makes a noise of spraying out the fragrance:) Parking is possible on the streets around, however be ready to use your parking skills as the streets are really tight and sometimes it was not an easy task to find it. The first staircase when entering the building is rather steep, so people with walking difficulties won't have it easy to use.
Lovely apartment in a great location
100% professional
Liked: The owner was super helpful
Disliked: Nothing
Perfection, wish I could have stayed longer!
Liked: This is everything you need for a stay, I wish I could’ve spent more time both in Siracusa and in the mini apartment!
Disliked: Everything was great.
