I will 100% return
Liked: A great experience - the owner was kind enough to both collect us and drop us off from where we parked our car in the city ( while also helping us find parking ) - location, breakfast and the room were brilliant. I would highly recommend

Liked: It was clean and location was very good.
Disliked: Advertisement did not make it clear enough that this is really a room like an airbnb. There is no reception desk and getting in is complicated, using codes and lockboxes. I specifically avoid these places as I find them soulless and stressful.

Disliked: over marketed for what was provided - no balvony nor sea view - horrible smell in bathroom & very min comfort - much further from centre than expected
We had a lovely stay at Elsa d’Ortigia. The host was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and the room was lovely

Terrible experience

Disliked: There wasn't water on both rooms for 2 nights we stayed there. First the problem was with the city supply then it was with the property's pump. It was impossible to stay in middle of summer without water for both nights and we swicthed to a hotel. Booking added less than one night, one room fare to my wallet. Not even a refund. Horrible customer service for the property and booking.com as well.
